Dirty and not the right media size

I just get my order and all frames came with dirty glass (in and out the frame), even if they were under plastic! My hands are covered with a black dust... thanks. Don't trust the media size, the size inside the mat is 6.5" x 4.5" and not 7"x5"!! Very disappointed and I'm not talking about the 30$ shipping for 6 frames.
