Customer Review for PROJ02SV

This item was identified and advertised as an appropriate ceiling mount for my video projector. When I attempted to connect the mount to my projector I learned that I would need to jury rig the connection to make it work. FORTUNATELY, I still had parts of my previous ceiling mount that had broken after serving well for a few years. If I had not had those "extra" parts I would not have been able to connect my projector to this mount. Since I have not yet completed the installation on my ceiling I do not yet know if the mount will actually work (by allowing me to set the correct balance, etc.). I am disappointed that this ceiling mount was advertised as the correct mount for me projector because it clearly is NOT the correct mount.
