Missing Parts and Cannot Reach Customer Service

One table is missing the part that attaches the top. One box contained both parts, the other only the bottom. We are putting the tables together now for an event on Monday and are now down one table. Disappointing! I will be returning the table that is not able to be put together. Wait time for customer service is ridiculous.
