We already ordered some ipads stand and all were good. This one fit weel the iPad but was more complicated to install. the hole to fix the arm on the plate were not weel aligned so the screw were installed at angle causing the plate to be fluffy on the counter. Also, even if we screwed very tight the 2 screws that fix the arm to the plate, the experience of touching the iPad surface is very smooth, so the feeling is that you have not touch the ipad at all. You have to maintain it to easily touch the application on the glass.
