The Counter Mount works great, but it took me more time than it needed to get it there. While there is a diagram showing two ways to mount the stand, there is none showing how to actually use the stand or assemble it. It includes 2 bags, one marked ipad 2 and one marked ipad air, but no details of how to use the included parts. There are actually no directions of how to assemble the counter mount or how to lock/unlock the mount. You are eventually able to figure it out, but there is no reason not to include directions for all of these things. It would also be nice if there were a longer center mount screw as well. Now that it is assembled and mounted, I really like it and feel like it was the right purchase at the right price. I will be buying a second one in the near future.
