Center bar uneven, unable to mount TV. No response to emails or return call requests.

I thought we were going to have a really nice set up in our booth when I ordered this product. Instead, I received a stand that I could not even completely assemble, as the center bars were uneven, so the TV mounting bracket could not be attached. I chatted with people, sent in pictures, and have called the 800 # (and waited for HOURS), and also requested a call back (did not happen). While I feel like the TV stand will look good once completely put together...but I'll need that replacement part firs... I am not sure that Displays2go will EVER get back to me.
