Arrived damaged.

Although I like the design of the sign, it arrived bent at the base and along the side. I cannot insert it into base. Customer service was busy, but they called me back the same evening and are sending out a new one. I believe it was a shipping problem. A sturdier box was needed. Hope it arrives ASAP as I need it for my business.
