Shipping was really quick. The mount is very strong/nice looking/easy to operate and even has a built in level making it easy to mount correctly. All necessary mounting hardware was included. Problem is I did not pay attention to how far it extends from the wall (8") so my 32" tv can't rotate as much as I would like it to. So, I am ordering an S1MT1432BK mount which extends up to 13". I will then re-assign this mount to my smaller tv in my garage. Problem solved. I find DISPLAYS2GO very fair in pricing. Much cheaper and still with an excellent product selection and top quality than other vendors. I will be recommending them and doing all my future business with DISPLAYS2GO first. U.S. NAVY RETIRED
