Good Images, Graphic tore when initially setting up

We have used this backwall set a few times thus far and were very pleased. However, in one of the sets we ordered, the diamond graphic tore when we were trying to spring the wall out. I sent a live chat and an e-mail, but it appears the only way they will do an important quality check is via a phonecall.
