Customer Review for ADAIP129SV

We selected this unit due to concerns about ADA compliance, and the height is just right - doesn't seem too high or too low. My only gripe is that when tapping the screen, the entire structure has a little bit of a wobble to it, and I feel like the base could have been a little heavier, or the way the stand mounts to the brace could have been a bit wider to provide more stability. It certainly won't fall over, but it just has a slight uneasy feeling when you start typing your name on the screen for check-in. Overall, still happy with 5 stars as I don't feel its enough of a concern to warrant 4 stars. Also, shipping was super speedy and support was great finding me the exact dimensions of the front of the stand prior to arrival so that I could plan appropriate signage. Thanks!
