This product is useful. It was simple to assemble. One thing I didn't take into account is that that banner must have a hem created so it can accept the included rod on the top and bottom to properly secure to the stand. In a bind, if you have grommets in your banner you can loop a rubber band through the grommet and attach it to the banner stand rod that way. Be sure to have a pair of plyers with you. If one of the telescoping vertical pieces drops down it may get lodged in the larger piece it comes out of. A simple pull on the lodged piece with a pair of plyers will do the trick to dislodge the stuck piece. Overall the banner stand is pretty good.
