We have only used the product for one conference with enormous difficulty, and now the product is rendered unusable because the carrying case is damaged. If this product were accurately portrayed in Displays2Go online specifications, we never would have ordered it, and would have opted for a lighter, more travel-friendly product. We are a small business, and the expenses we have incurred having to travel with this display booth are a substantial setback.
