Customer Review for LS1

I placed an on order on December 10, 2021 and ordered (1) LS1 1" Letter Set White (WEB102862624) these were on plastic and they had to be broken off (See attached picture). Then I placed another order on February 2, 2022 for the exact same item product (1) LS1 1" Letter Set White (WEB102862624) these came in a box. The second set of letters are bigger then the first set, so I can not use them. I called Displays2Go and I was told that Displays2Go is no longer doing business with the vendor from the first set purchased, so they would not give me a refund or send me another set like the second set purchased, so the letters would match on our bulletin board. I am very disappointed with Displays2Go for not standing behind the products that they sell,
