Customer Review for SEGL810WSGH

When we first got the backdrop, it was exactly what I'd hoped for- great size, bright LED lights, decently self-explanatory setup. However, we've had it for only 2 months and are already not satisfied with the quality. When it first arrived, the case was ripped right through the bottom. The weight distribution wasn't sustainable for the type of bag it came with. They shipped us a new cloth case (citing they couldn't send us a hard case) which again ripped. So, I needed to spend an additional $500 on a hard case for shipping to-and-from conferences. Some of the beams have now bent through shipping, making it so that the L joints don't fit in the corners. One got stuck and as we tried to pull it out, it snapped. They don't send you additional pieces either so we're hoping gravity now keeps the beams in places. One row of LED lights stopped working too because the panel with the electrical connection was crushed inside the bags, despite us trying to be as gentle as possible.
