Incredibly cumbersome to operate. Slide show function did not work. Ordered 2 units, same issue with each. No instructions in the box. User manual online doesn't tell you how to do anything but power on/off. Called customer support and they were not able to assist. They said they would email something to re-download onto device but email never came. Also charged for return shipping...deducted from refund.
