The product is perfect for my need and it arrived on time. The quality is fine for my needs, the only issue I had was that one of the wires on the rack was broken away from its support. I contacted customer service and they offered a replacement or a credit and I would reglue it myself. I took the credit, mostly because I had already assembled the rack and was ready to use it. I will shop them again when I have a need of display items.
