The design is exactly what I wanted. It allows customers to put their tickets in individually but my staff can open an entire end to dump the extra tickets after the drawing. I ordered two raffle drums. The first one had a mounting hole that was not completely drilled out. I was able to drill it out to use it but it took a while to figure out what was wrong. The second raffle drum was drilled out correctly, but it has a small crack about two inches long along one corner.
