Customer Review for SLTW8585

Here are the photos of how the product arrived. It was loose, the slats had moved during shipping, one of the slats is cracked and bent. After spending time putting it back together, piece by piece, we were able to bend it and face it to the back. Biggest issue though is that there was only 1 base bolt. We cannot fix it to the base until we have that. it looks like there should have been 6. Not how I expected the product to arrive for that amount of money. Check to see if we can be offered a replacement, a discount or the missing pieces.
