The frame is great...
...however, it arrived broken. I immediately wrote customer service and included pictures. My emails were never returned, so I opted to go through the customer service chat. The agent was incredibly dismissive, but told me the replacement had been shipped out. Over a week later, still no replacement, still no email with tracking on said replacement. I'd love to be able to encourage everyone to purchase these display cases, because they really are beautiful, but the customer service has soured me on this particular vendor.
