no QC on the items before being sent to me

we received 14 of these banners, misprinted, every last one of them. Obviously no quality control from this company, I am very disappointed, they are re-printing for us, but the wait time is ridiculous, 30 days.... Such an easy thing to identify if they had only looked before shipping....
