Shipping Issues

The card holders themselves are exactly what we wanted. However of the 4 we ordered, two came in with the top right corner cracked/broken. Used online chat and hopefully have replacements coming, however still have not received confirmation of that. Product is good, but shipping practices need to be improved to prevent broken items.
