Great-Just a few hiccups

The shipping was very fast and the product is very nice. However one of the carts we ordered was snapped in half and the other slightly cracked. A replacement for the broken cart was sent out and customer service was great. Just waiting for the new one and hoping for the future that boxes be inspected and shipped more carefully. I gave a 4 because other than the defaults everything else was great
