Friendly Customer Service, easy to deal with for replacement of broken item

I ordered five frames and one arrived with broken glass. I understand this can happen even with the best packing available. Glass is fragile! The company replaced with no problem. The Customer Service representative was friendly, helpful and professional. It was the easiest process ever!

PRODUCT: Ordered five of these. All five had scratches, scuffs, etc. from manufacturing. Paint on all edges is scraped off. One was missing glass. Another was falling apart out of the box. Took the glass and added it to the other so i could four out of five frames. Very poor quality. SERVICE: Reached out to customer service for compensation and never received a response.

The frames came in as ordered and will work fine for our project. However one of them had a damaged mat & I didn't have the time to contact you for a replacement so had to have 1 go without both mats.
