Just received them a couple days ago. The items were well packed and appears there is no damage at all. I haven't used them yet, waiting on my signs, but am looking forward to it. This design was recommended by a friend and I can see the advantage of using them, especially in cold weather or when the ground is hard and dry. Try pushing an H frame stake in that. LOL This will also be much quicker for the setup and takedown, plus I have the added advantage of using a flag and sign rider. We use balloons on our open house signs currently, I'm looking forward to the flags. Less work installing plus has the added benefit of being used in towns that have an ordnance against balloons. I think it will be a better attention getter.

The frames arrived in a very timely manner, and are constructed as expected. My only issue is that 2 of the 6 did not have a screw attached for the rider holder. Which means 4 of the 6 did! :-) Being as this is so minor and easily fixed, I have not even contacted customer service as the effort for me to buy two additional screws is less than than my perceived effort for me to contact customer service. I am actually very happy with the frames, as I don't have riders yet to announce days or times.

There's not much to write, as the title speaks for itself. I've used these for my open house recently and they really held up against the elements! Fast shipping and great packaging in the delivery. Thank you!

We have had issues in the past using standard H-Stake Open House signs in hard ground or in areas without sod to stick the signs in. This product eliminates that issue and allow for us to use the Open House signs all year round. Thanks!
