22' x 28' Sags/ bends forward to flexible, needs to be more rigid.

This product's design and construction is faulty. When it hangs the front cover sags/bends forward leaving it open. It isn't rigid enough and needs to be made out of a thicker acrylic for it to work properly. The smaller dimension (8.5x11) probably works fine but the bigger one is to flexible because it is made out of 1/8" acrylic and that's why it sags, needs to be thicker. We ordered it twice because they said that the first one was damaged, so we gave them the benefit of doubt but the second one had the same problem.So again its the products design and construction that's faulty
