Terrible instructions meant wasted installation costs

The instructions for this are abysmal. The facilities person installing these did the best he could and installed it according to what the instructions seemed to indicate. But without a better visual reference, the cables ended up installed incorrectly. I can't hardly fault the guy- he did what the directions said to do, and I would have done the same. They need to be much clearer with a photo of the completed product. Someone who does not know EXACTLY what this finished product is supposed to look like will have a very hard time. Now I have to buy additional hardware to make it work better. The schematic does not indicate that there should be a space in between each frame column. It cost me an incredible amount of money in labor to have them put up, and now an additional cost to replace hardware. It looks modern and clean, but I am not pleased with the instructions.

Expect to Spend lots of time Assembly

A client ordered 3 sets of these and none of the set screws of the panel clamps were in place. Also the wall mount plates needed to be loosened and centered. Basically there's lots of pre-assembly required. Installation instructions were lacking as well - couldn't find any information on how the bottom wall tensioner was supposed to work. The instructions basically only told you the space between the wires based on your plastic holder size - and that's about IT! You'll have to do the rest of the math, which if you're professional installer isn't so much a problem. Like I said, expect to spend a lot of time on pre-assembly - for 3 of these systems took almost 8 hrs of just preassembly and math.
