The frames arrived in perfect condition. When I had a question about 3 (very small) missing pieces, my email was responded to immediately and the 3 pieces mailed ASAP. They were wonderful! The frames are beautiful and arrived wrapped in 2 layers of super-protective wrap. Wall mount frames

Product arrived as expected. I am happy with them. The clips are a bit flimsy but work okay. I had trouble with top one as the hanger gets in the way of clip. I could not clip them from top. Looking for alternative way to secure. All of that said my pictures look great in these frames.
