Nice case, nice price. Lights are well placed, adjustable and bright . It was huge advantage to purchase fully assembled. Customer service was very helpful working thru a web purchase. One negative: The glass was dirty inside and out & it took some time to clean with a good glass cleaner. Suggestions: 1- Would be nice to have a light dimmer or option to buy one and have lights for the bottom shelf. 2- When closing the doors without the black shipping guards, the glass doors flex & hit the glass shelves, I'll attach some clear bumpers to fix this small oversight. Overall quite satisfied with this case.

Gorgeous product, as described. Well built, great quality, meticulously packaged for shipment and arrived intact. My only product complaint is that the doors don't remain closed if unlocked. They swing open. Would've been great if they had a magnet closure or something to keep them closed even if unlocked.

Extremely frustrating experience with delivery. Very poor treatment by ABF, the freight company.

Delivery process has been a fiasco. My husband and I paid for premier service but freight company, ABF, had wrong delivery instructions. We called to fix the issue and arranged for 2nd delivery. We couldn't accept delivery given item was damaged. Displays2go shipped replacement asap. After not hearing from ABF, called Kathy, customer service rep, who informed the item won't be delivered given liability concerns, further suggesting I pick it up at their warehouse myself! Kathy, unable to understand my frustration, proceeded to hang up on me. Tina, freight manager from Displays2go, is terrific and fixing the issue however we are hesitant to purchase through Displays2go in the future given experience with delivery.

Well packaged. The quality of this display case is excellent. Shipping is quite pricey and the freight company just showed up when they where supposed to call an hour ahead. It's a good thing someone was home.
