Arrived missing two of the three shelves. Customer service was poor -- waited on the phone for five minutes, to speak to customer service but no one picked up. Then went to "live chat," where I was told that they would contact the vendor. I was patient, the agent was perfunctory but non-committal. They couldn't tell me when the two shelves would arrive since it was up to the vendor. So now I have an unusable shelving system in my office waiting for a response. I should have bought from Amazon. Won't be purchasing from Display2Go in the future. As for the product, it's disappointing, made of fairly cheap looking plastic which will probably break sooner rather than later. Still, it would be nice to have the whole product and not just part of it. 6/21/21-A second shelf was received and put together. IT"S A TOTAL PIECE OF GARBAGE! Unsteady, wobbles, plastic screws do not keep the shelves up. Save your money and move on to something else.

When I live chatted with your customer service rep, he stated that someone would get back to me. That hasn't happened. When you call the customer service number, you are put on hold until...you hang up. No one ever seems to answer the phone, though your message keeps repeating "Your call is very important to us." Perhaps a simple refund is the route to take?
