Bad design for this size

We ordered this particular design for our university dining center because all pieces could be cleaned easily. We also ordered the same design in the 4 x 6 size. In comparing the two sizes, the bases are the same size. The base should be larger to accommodate the 8 1/2 x 11 size. Also, the magnets are too weak. After only four days of use, the removable side of the holders are warping, so now the magnets don't even want to connect. Out of the 27 signs we ordered, 2 came missing the rubber feet on the bottom. And now after one week of use, about half are unusable. This is not true for the 4 x 6 sizes. With less to hold in the smaller sizes, the magnets and base are adequate. To make the 8 1/2 x 11 sizes work, stronger magnets, larger bases, and stronger material is needed. Displays2Go did refund us for the larger size signs.

This has the nice, clean, polished look we were going for. It does exactly what it needs to do. Our staff and kiosk is a little handsy though so we've had to replace them a few times. I wish they were a little more sturdy but if your staff doesn't have hooves for hands, you should be ok.

not sturdy

the above order number isn't correct and not listed in my order history and using it because of that reason. just had plush carpeting installed in my living room, and the above product was sitting on low table.....however, the installer bumped it and the entire base cracked...this should not have happened......it was a small drop on a plush carpet. I called customer service and the person who I talked was less than nice and didn't seem to care; after all, money doesn't grow on trees......she didn't care at all, and I was hoping for a replacement.........up to this point, I was extremely satisfied with customer service, but not now.......I could see if it fell on a floor,but on a high pile plush carpeting, I don't think so......I ordered another replacement but felt the least they could have done was send a replacement. ADDENDUM TO THE ABOVE.........CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLED ME ABOUT THE ABOVE AND GAVE ME A CREDIT.........NOT ONLY ARE THEIR PRODUCTS GREAT, Reps are super great
