Hello I had quite a number of issues with this order. I needed it in-hand in September for an event and was told it was shipping. On the day it was to arrive, I received a call saying that they haven't started printing it and there were no more drapes available in the color requested. I received the product the week of 11. 13... 2 months after the event. I have been a customer for a long time and I was very disappointed with this order process and the communication I received throughout the process.

I ordered 25 of these frames because they match another frame that we purchase all the time from Displays2GO. When they arrived I noticed that there is no way to hang these on the wall other than using the supplied screws, so using a picture hook is really out of the question. I ended up having to buy 3M command strips to fix this problem. The other issue I have is the plastic glass they used is so frosted it distorts the image. In order to fix this issue I purchased clear spiral binder covers and replaced each one. I understand that Displays2GO doesn't manufacture these but I would have expected better quality control. The frame itself is really nice and well made, its a shame they skimped on the glass and hanger. It does come with bars that you screw in the bottom of the frame which is nice.
