No directions for graphics installation or use.

Haven't taken these yet to our printer to develop graphics, but was disappointed to see there are no instructions included or directions on the box. I am hoping our printer can figure this out. I am hopeful they will be just what we need when we have the graphic panels designed (again, no sizing instructions or materials recommended to develop those).

These banners are great as a display if you want to leave them open all the time, but the retracting could use some work. I've used large retractable stands so I know how they should work and they are a far better product. Also, go ahead and download the PDF template for your bleeds. It appears blank through a browser but the once you import it into your software, it shows up.

Great portable tabletop display

I purchased two of these and they draw more attention to the eye than the basic cardboard easelback table top display. Less likely to be damaged during travel as well. I just purchased a couple more.

Tabletop banner Stand

The top of two of the 3 banners that we ordered did not hold with the adhesive included with the stand. I called customer service and explained the issue. The representative showed concern for the problem, immediately advised they would send out 2 more to replace the problematic ones, and instructed me to add additional adhesive to ensure it would hold. I did as instructed with the replacement stands and my customer LOVED them.

Just What I Always Wanted!

Okay, these were perfect, just what I had in mind and easy to put together! Our corporate team wanted a smaller version of some graphics I had created for their office. I got these very quickly, added my graphics and had them on their desk! They were thrilled!

11 x 16 Banner Stand Reveiw

I do my own printing and decided to try this size banner. The top does not adhere like the other banners I have purchased in the past. You have to roll it around the rod and then tape it. It works, just a little tricky to get it straight. Otherwise this banner is good quality.

kind of cheaply made

order 2 of these. customer returned both after first week of using as they both broke. top pulled off one and the pole stand broke on the other. was not impressed with quality when we got them but hoped they would be more durable than looked. did not turn out that way. ordered two more to replace our customers broken ones so will give it a second chance.

cheaply made

This product looks very nice, it even looks just like the full size pull up banner stands. But this is very cheaply made. There are no instructions, we can't even find instruction online. Good thing it still works similar to the full size. When using the same banner material for full-size banner stands the tabletop stand cant retract the banner all the way in. Leaving half of the banner sticking out.

Cheap/No instructions

Cheap stand, but what was worse was that there are absolutely NO instructions on how to roll the banner(that you have to order from somewhere else because they don't print them) into the actual stand. I had to contact customer service and have been waiting all day for someone to email me back the instructions. WHY DONT YOU JUST PUT IT ON THE WEBSITE OR PRINT THEM OUT WHEN YOU SHIP IT. Absolutely blows my mind the steps you have to take to get instructions on how to put it together. Garbage all the way around!
