I have to say that I was completely surprised by the experience that I had with Displays2go. When I received the 2 cabinets, one was damaged. I thought that I was then going to have to battle over getting another one or a refund etc. To my surprise, my damage was accessed from photos that I emailed over and handled the very same day!!! In fact, a new cabinet was shipped to me immediately and it arrived twice as fast as the initial order! As for the cabinet itself, It comes assembled. You have to figure out how to line it up just right to swap out shelves but once you do it you will be a pro in no time. The lights are bright and it shows well. The only thing I wish it had was a dimmer so I could adjust the brightness. A great buy overall!!! Jeff
