I seam to have a hard time with the locking it in place after every 20 min. It is all the way down I have been turning it clock wise like it says no luck it doesn't stay locked the flags are turning the pole so it comes down?

Great Pole, dissapointing Flag

The flag pole is great. The problem is the American Flag had stains on it and the grommets rusted, all in the packing. Inexcusable for an American Flag to be sold in this shape.
