Not well designed for the price.

Threading on screw holes was very difficult, and there are no pre-drilled pilot holes for screwing in the base to the wooden table. This places the duty of doing alignment on the customer.

Color not as described

Did not arrive with a natural oak color. It was stained dark brown and did not match any of the other previously purchased items from them. Reached out to customer service 24 hours ago and am waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully they will resolve this soon.
