At Displays2go, and all our D2G Group brands, our hearts are with the communities all around the world fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been closely monitoring developments and prioritizing employee, customer, and partner health and safety while trying to meet our customer commitments. Given recent developments, and in accordance with recommended actions, we have determined it is in the best interest of all to cease our manufacturing and distribution effective today. We hope that by taking this action, we can do our part to reduce the spread of this virus and return to business soon.
Please know that we are continuing to accept orders at this time if you are able to wait for shipment. Orders will be held in queue until the point that we are able to safely resume operations. Due to the unprecedented nature of this pandemic, we are currently unable to commit to shipment dates. If you decide to place an order with us, your payment will be authorized at the time your order is placed, but we will not charge your card until the order is ready to ship. We will communicate with you as best as possible as to when this will be.
Like you, we find ourselves balancing decisions regarding today’s unforeseen changes, while also continuing to plan for better days to come in 2020 and beyond. We are certainly operating in a different mode than any of us envisioned a few short months ago.
