Company Adds Graphic Design and Product Modification Services to Custom Offerings


Fall River, MA — Displays2go, a leading display manufacturer and supplier headquartered in Fall River, Massachusetts, is announcing two new services that aim to make branding and personalization easier for its customers. The new offerings for Graphic Design and Product Modification support the company’s growing selection of customizable business products and expanded in-house printing capacity.

“Staying true to our mission of connecting people and brands, Displays2go recognized that some of our customers may not have the ability or technical skills needed to produce quality artwork and graphics for product personalization," said Product Manager Brandee Brito. "After some research and innovation, Displays2go developed Design Services, allowing the company to partner customers with an in-house graphic artist who, with some direction from the customer, is tasked with creating artwork that reflects our customers passion and brand."

Now, customers can opt to add Design Services to hundreds of the display manufacturer’s custom-printed products at Displays2go.com. This selection is continuously expanding, and currently includes a wide variety of the e-commerce website's merchandise, from banner stands and table cloths to display cases and literature holders.

The new service is provided by a dedicated Graphic Design team, including former Customer Service Representative Tabitha I. “To be able to work one-on-one with the customers and help make their vision come to life is just really special," said the graphic artist.

The Displays2go team brings years of industry know-how and access to the latest tools available from the Adobe Creative Suite to ensure customers get sound creative advice and technical execution at an affordable industry rate.

In addition to creating graphics, customers can work with Displays2go’s team of experts to alter attributes of existing products. The new Product Modification service introduces two major initiatives: modify-to-order and build-to-order. “It’s something we’ve already been doing, but it hadn't been formalized, and wasn't as efficient as it could be,” said Bryan Snietka, Displays2go’s Vice President of Technology. “It was a matter of working with existing systems and people from different departments to ensure we could provide the right service level.”

Addressing reviews and in-bound requests for products in different colors or sizes, modify-to-order allows customers to make these simple modifications to many of Displays2go’s existing selection, without the need to wait for an official product launch. For projects that require more complex design changes, the company offers build-to-order — which leverages the expertise of the in-house Workshop to build solutions that are totally unique.

“We’re expanding our custom services without creating friction for the customers; providing the whole solution,” said Martha Dias, Vice President of Customer Success. “We’re looking forward to helping more customers get what they need as we grow these services.”
