Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Please note we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Custom displays and customized products, including orders with custom text, imprinting or graphics
- Digital signage content creation services
- Select digital products and those requiring installation services, as noted on product pages
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please call customer service at 1-800-572-2194 within 5 business days for assistance.
Return Procedure
Standard Package Shipments (UPS/FedEx delivery):
We offer two easy ways to complete a return.
- Generate a shipping label from your order number, with the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund
- Ship the item(s) back yourself at your own cost with your method/carrier of choice
Option 1 — Print Return Shipping Label
To generate a return shipping label, you will need to provide your order number and the email address used to place the order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please contact us for detailed instructions or fill out the Return Form and include it with our shipment.
If using the form, please fill out completely and return it with your package. Clearly write your order number on the outside of your package.

Freight/Pallet Shipments (including display cases):
Please contact us to generate a Sales Return Order number for your return. Clearly write/label all sides of the shipment with the assigned Sales Return Order number. Freight Returns will NOT be accepted without a valid Sales Return Order number clearly marked on the outside of the package/crate.
Mulberry Extended Warranty:
If you have purchased a Mulberry Extended Warranty Plan with your product and have decided to return your product or if you would like to cancel the Mulberry Extended Warranty Plan for any reason within our current Return Policy window, please contact us directly at 1-844-977-3212 to ensure your return/cancellation is properly processed.
Packing Items to Return
All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment. Damaged returns will not be refunded. Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection. Initial and return shipping costs will not be refunded. If you choose to ship on your own account, we will not be held responsible for any damages, and any claims must be filed with carrier.
Refunds & Credits
Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your return and refund. We can only provide credit for the item price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
