What can I do to stand out from the other trade show booths on the convention floor?

The best thing you can do is know your target market and show objectives. You have only about three seconds to grab attendees’ attention, so you’ll need to put together effective and customized trade show displays and trade show graphics. Keep in mind how attendees will enter your booth. Will traffic come from one or multiple sides? What is your turn around time? Can I rush an order?

Our turnaround times vary with the size of the trade show rental and quality of graphic artwork. Most orders can be fulfilled within our standard rental turnaround of 5-7 business days from receipt of usable artwork. Extenuating circumstances may require times to be adjusted.

Electronic proofs are sent for all graphic jobs. All production times are based on graphic proof approval.

How do I care for my trade show rental display?

It is important to take good care of your rental trade show display because you are liable for all damaged or lost rental parts.

Tips for maintenance and upkeep:
  • Follow assembly and disassembly instructions provided with your rental trade show display
  • Follow packaging instructions when transporting and storing your rental trade show display
  • Wipe down all surfaces and remove purchased components and graphics from the rental items
  • Closely inspect display hardware for scratches, dents and blemishes
  • Make sure you account for every rental piece before returning your display

How long is the rental period? Can we rent longer than 30 days?

Standard rental period is 30 calendar days unless an extension is mutually agreed upon. The 30-day period begins at the time of shipment and rental item availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed. All items are available on a first come first serve basis. Rentals are for a single use only. All structures and shipping containers are due back, freight pre-paid, by the last day of the rental period.

Extended Rental Period Flat Rates:
  • 36 to 45 days - add 30%
  • 46 to 60 days - add 60%

Extended rentals must be approved in advance.

Do you ship back owned items that are accidentally included in the rental return?

Rental structures returned with client-owned items will be charged a fee based on actual time and material for sorting client owned items and packing for return. Graphics removal will be billed at a flat hourly fee of $100.00.

The return shipping of these items must be arranged and paid for by the customer within 30 days of receipt or the returned items will be considered abandoned and disposed of. In these instances, Displays2Go is not responsible for the replacement of any disposed goods.

What if we decide we want to keep the display?

If the decision is made to purchase a rental structure before it is returned, the purchase price will be adjusted for rental fees already billed in comparison to the purchase price. The purchase of rented items must be reviewed and approved by Displays2Go in advance.
