The clips that I have previously purchased from Displays2go have functioned well. The issue with this order is I ordered the wrong clips. I realized immediately and not one minute after the order was placed I sent a message to customer service requesting the order be cancelled, and I placed an order for the correct clips. Well the response the next day was "sorry the order already shipped", the irony is the second order I placed arrived one day before the first. I believe it was a screw job, as they have a 20% restocking fee for returns. They have a good product, however because of this I will not be doing any more business with Displays2go!
