This sign came with all the parts needed (Including the wrench) and with an easy sheet of instructions (both pictures and words) for assembly. Assembly took 10 minutes. Package was thoroughly double-boxed and came in perfect condition. Sign screen size is about an inch taller/wider than the 30x40, so getting the poster perfect centered was an extra minute of time, but the rubber gasket seal all the way around and the strong snaps have kept this sign in perfect condition through two major storms already! No leaking, no blowing over (water filled base). Very happy with this purchase.
