Lost Package Delivery

Can't give my experience on the product since it was not received. Looks like FedEx delivered to wrong address. Bad experience calling Display2GO as CSR seems to insinuate that I might be lying for not receiving items. Not sure what gave her the idea though, but yet again not surprised when she hung up on the call. My first time ordering from this company. I had to contact FedEx myself and open an investigation on the delivery. I'm hoping this is an outlier as the company offers a lot of cool items on there website.

Awful

This thing is huge! By what stretch of the imagination is this a countertop display? Even if your counter is waist high this will come up to the neck or knows of almost everyone behind it. It's ridiculous and the instructions to put this thing together were absolutely awful. Poorly photographed black-and-white low pixel pictures assembled horribly on a one single sheet with minimal poor English instructions attempting to guide the assembler in how to fit these pieces together. This thing was gigantic and totally not what I thought I ordered. I'm extremely unhappy and I will absolutely be seeking a refund.
