Poor customer service

Once purchased I payed over 130 for poor delivery service. I should have read the previous review but I too experienced poor delivery service. The driver refused to wait for my wife to inspect and when I call the office they refuse to send me confirmation email of my complaint. I strongly recommend others to look elsewhere before purchasing here.

Significant obvious crack.

Beautifully designed product, botched by stupidly covering the side tubes. It is now impossible to route the power and video wires from laptop down the tubes. I had previously ordered the same product. It worked perfectly. Loved it. The now useless plate which would provide access down the tubes is under the solid top (contrary to the appearance in your illustration). The side tubes do not work and it was cracked. Other than that, it's beautiful.

I purchased two podiums. No problems with the order until it was time for them to be delivered. The delivery company called to schedule an appointment for a few days later offering no time window other than anytime time during the day. I had to take the day off to wait for it and but they never came. No call to offer any explanation or update. I had to call the next day. Customer service people are rude unhelpful and unapologetic. They told me that the appointment is never 100% guaranteed and that I should make another appointment for the podiums to be delivered. I had to speak to a supervisor and still make the appointment (Had to take another day off from work). I would have never ordered from this company had I know of the problems I would have had with delivery company.
