Truly, the timeliness of this was perfect. They were quick to provide proofs and pleasant to work with when contacted. For the price of the product, however, I expected a higher quality end result. The banners themselves printed off color from the proofs, with most colors skewing neon/light versus true. It's not horrible, but is very noticeable in comparison with our other branded materials and makes readability difficult. Additionally, the banner holders were already scratched up upon arrival and the edging on the banners were not clean, but fuzzy with wispy material hanging off the edging. Not a dealbreaker, but not ideal! Overall, we're satisfied with the product, but may not reorder this particular product in the future.
