I guess I should have read the description better. I thought these holders would come with some kind of backing and clear plastic covers on each side but they are literally just the frames so I'm going to have to laminate my sales pieces and cut cardboard to fit in between to make them work.

You really should rethink your reason for a 2-star rating. It's a $15 steel countertop frame. Print on glossy card stock and forget about plexi protection or a card insert. Yes, you should have read the description better and No, you shouldn't rate this source for your error. You had the option to return it.
