Broken out of the box

The retaining clip on the stand was broken out of the box and after further inspection, it is very poorly made of cheap, brittle plastic. We had purchased this after our last trade show in August '22 and hadn't opened it until May '23. This was our mistake. Because of the length of time from the delivery, Unfortunately, it is neither repairable nor salvageable. Edit: Displays2Go provided me with a full credit for this broken stand, despite the time that had elapsed. I really appreciate a company that still stands behind their products and is dedicated to customer service. I will definitely recommend them. Thank you Susanne!

We deployed this stand with a 18lb All-In-One touch screen computer in our manufacturing facility. It looks fantastic. We did use the existing holes on the base of the stand and bolted it to the floor for added stability. I would recommend the screws used to attach the post to the base be of higher quality and larger to ensure the weight/strain applied at the base of the post will hold. Only time will tell but so far it seems sturdy.

Great product if you do not want to adjust the height of the display. I’ve ordered 20 of these and there is a small plastic lever/clip that is designed to enable “telescoping” the pole height. Unfortunately 8 out of 10 clips were broken during shipping or broke immediately, thereafter, upon use. The clip is plastic and will break with with use. Other than that it is made of quality material and finished nicely.

Used this to hold approximately 15lbs ring light. The top piece keeps sliding down and won't lock. After 3 use (within 3 months of purchase) the latch that holds the adjustable top broke so I can't lock it at all. This is with very minimal and careful use. Really really disappointed. I wish I can still return this. I changed the star rating to 3 from 1 simply because of Displays2Go's excellent service. I'm still rating the product as 1, however I'm giving Displays2Go 5 stars for their excellent service and willingness to work with their customers. Other products I've purchased from them are great.
