Impressive mount

The mount is very heavy but it needs to be for its design to work as well as it does. We love to be able to pull the tv away from the wall. Our living room is.. well awkward, and this is just what we needed, I would recommend you have at least two strong people to install the mount but once it is installed it will be there forever!

Very Impressed

This is a well-built, sturdy, solid TV mount. It allows the TV to be pulled out away from the wall to make/change connections and for dusting, and retracts right up against the wall. It allows me to pull the TV out and turn it to accommodate different viewing angles as needed for larger viewing parties. Very impressed with this mount.

Flexible strong TV wall mount
By Sam

This unit went together extremely easy. All screws, washers etc are clearly labeled in individual plastic pockets. One part attaches to the wall. The other attaches to the TV. The the TV is simply hung on the part that was mounted on the wall. The wall mount is very strong and allows a great deal of flexibility in the positioning of the TV. In our case it allowed the TV to fit in a corner of the room with it positioned diagonally for great viewing. The rotational component ensured the TV would appear to be level.

Great mount for Large scale screens

Great solid mount for large scale screens, has more than enough mounting points for just about any surface you encounter. Had to use my own lags mind you as the ones provided snapped as I was ratcheting them in. rest of the hardware fit and worked very well.

Look no further

I dug around the deepest darkest parts of the internet to find the right mount... this exceeded my expectations. No other mounts even came close to the distance from the wall as this one, and it supports up to 200 pounds! I have a 70 inch tv and the fact that i can bring it nearly three feet off the wall and turn the screen in any direction is amazing. I love it!

Not universal for Tashiba 55"

The mount does not fit our T.V. Toshiba 55", just tried shipping it back and it will cost a minimum of $82.00. After calling Customer Service we were told they do not pay for return shipping and there is a 20℅ restocking fee. These mounts are not as universal as they appear.

Exceptional TV Wall Mount
By Roger Exline

Very Sturdy and easy to mount on the wall. Easily carries a 55" TV and rotates a full 180 degrees (90 degrees in each direction) without any flex at full extension. My home has a 6' square pass through between the living room and den. The TV is mounted on the rear wall where it is able to rotate for viewing in either room. I just have one very minor negative and that is I would like to have the ability to tilt the TV forward a bit more. Quite simply this is a well thought out and is very well engineered/built. I would highly recommend it over some of the junk you can buy at Harbor Freight Tools, Best Buy or Costco!!

The pricing and availability of this product was very appealing, not to mention the ability to extend and swivel. I ran in to 2 challenges during the install: 1) I wanted to center the mount on my wall but because the mount needed to be attached to 2 adjacent wall studs, which were not centered, I opted to attach a mounting board first. The board, 36" long, actually attaches to 3 studs. I then attached the bracket to the 1" mounting board using Ten 1½" Lag screws. I probably over-did it on the lag screws but did not want to take any chances when I upgrade to a larger TV. 2) When I went to slide one of the adapter plate rails into the Adapter bracket "slots" I found that the welded piece was slightly deformed and I could not insert the rail arm. With some tools, I was able to widen the "slot" slightly and was able to get the bracket installed properly. It is solid and sturdy and went together easily. I would definitely buy this again and do recommend to others.

Sturdy and Versatile Mount

When it came time to mount our new 75" Samsung, the wife and I couldn't agree on viewing distance. The HVAWM4290L alows 27" change in viewing distance by just grabbing the screen and pushing or pulling. It is quite solid, even when fully extended. I did run long bolts all the way though to the other side of the wall to make sure it stays put. Its cable routing features work well. I would have given it five stars if the screws to lock down screen rotation were accessible without having to remove the axle bolts that the outer ends of the outer arms pivot on.
