We recently ordered three additional poster frames to use for special events at a museum. We now have about 20 of them because they are simple to swap out, lightweight and easy to assemble, and the satin silver looks nice. Unfortunately one unit in our last order was missing the plastic backer and non-glare lenses. Very friendly, no-hassle customer service. Replacement parts are on the way. As long as Displays2Go has the product I need, I will not buy from anyone else. Other retailers should take note.
