Perfect Solution for Supporting Surround Sound Speakers

I bought a 12" x 12" x 42" display pedestal to support one of my surround sound speakers. I looked into constructing one of my own. By the time I finished adding up the cost of materials and tools, it was a simple decision to buy one that was ready made. The display pedestal was delivered in record time, and I had it fully assembled in less than 1 hour. The instructions were easy to follow and the materials were topnotch. There were no shortages or defects in any of the materials or hardware. The pedestal is heavy enough and stable enough to support a surround loudspeaker without having to provide any other means of bracing. The color and finish match to the speaker is perfect. I am familiar with display and trade show items. Contrary to what has been said in other reviews, the pedestal is colIapsible by reversing the assembly steps. I am very happy with my decision to buy rather than to make.

The finished product looks nice and serves the purpose that I wanted it for. I just took off one star because my husband said that almost all of the hardware that came with it broke when he was trying to put it together. Luckily, he is handy and figured something out. But I am happy with the finished product!
