Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

At D2G Group, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are at the core of our corporate responsibility. We are committed to creating a workplace that champions diversity in all its forms, ensures equitable opportunities for every individual, and fosters an inclusive culture where all voices are heard and valued. We strive for gender equity in leadership positions by maintaining an equal balance of women in leadership roles. In recognition of the significance of Juneteenth and MLK Jr. Day, we proudly include these in our observed holiday calendar, honoring the historical milestones and contributions of the Black community. Our dedication extends to ongoing education, training, and initiatives that promote a sense of belonging for every member of our team, including company-wide DEI training, professional development and cross-training opportunities, a culture of open communication and feedback, and team-building activities and employee recognition events. By prioritizing DEI, we not only strengthen our internal community but also contribute to a more just and equitable society. At D2G Group, we believe in the power of unity through diversity.

Recycling

In addition to actively pursuing opportunities to recycle our day-to-day material waste, we go a step above and look for ways to prominently incorporate recycled materials into our products and processes. This extends beyond new product development, as many of our all-time best-selling acrylic products are now made from recycled acrylic. In an effort to close the loop, our acrylic scraps from cutting and fabrication are sent out to a trusted partner to be recycled and reused.

Reducing Plastic

In an effort to reduce our consumption and contribute to a cleaner, greener future, we're minimizing plastic in our packaging wherever possible and constantly exploring new ways to package and ship products with less plastic waste.

Sustainability Scoring

All new product introductions are evaluated for sustainability and are developed with eco-factors in mind from the start, where feasible. We also strive to evaluate thousands of legacy products by the same criteria, from sourcing to packaging. Our highest scoring products are marked by a Greenprint insignia, which can be found on our product pages.

Sustainable Wood Sourcing

We prioritize the use of sustainably sourced wood materials in our manufacturing, relying on materials that carry FSC certification, which ensures that they originate from responsibly managed forests. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) works toward ethical management of the world's forests. Learn more about the FSC.

Better Paper for Direct Mail

We are addressing the issue of paper waste by utilizing the World Land Trust's Carbon Balanced Paper program in our direct mail programs. This initiative goes a step beyond using recycled materials and further minimizes carbon emissions and our overall carbon footprint. Learn more about the World Land Trust's Carbon Balanced Program.
